How can I test my campaign before I send it and why should I do it?

Testing your campaign before you send it to thousands of people is essential as you may spot a tiny mistake that could harm your brand or business.

To test your campaign:

  1. When you reach the last step of creating your campaign - Review step
  2. Click Send test SMS in the section Channel settings to test your campaign
  3. Enter a mobile phone number you want to receive the campaign’s message on
  4. Click Test campaign and confirm
