Campaign cancellation

How can I cancel my campaign?

Note: You can only cancel campaigns with status Scheduled or Pending. Campaigns with any other status cannot be cancelled.

To cancel your scheduled or pending campaign:

  1. Click SMS and Viber in the left sidebar menu
  2. Click Campaigns
  3. In the list of campaigns, find a scheduled or pending campaign (you will see the status Scheduled or Pending in theStatus column) and click on Cancel campaign icon on the right. Or click Dashboard icon and then click on the Cancel campaign button under campaign ID number on the top left.
