How to schedule my campaign and set a correct time and date?
In your campaign, you can either send all your messages immediately after you click Send at the end a campaign, set sending restrictions, or set a schedule sending for your campaign.
To set a schedule for a campaign:
- Go to the third step of the SMS campaign (or the fourth step of the Smart SMS campaign)
- In the
Scheduling and restrictionssection, in the
Sending datesubsection, click on
- Select the date and time you want your campaign to send
- Select the time zone according to which the previous step will be oriented

Where can I see my scheduled campaign?
To have an overview of your scheduled campaigns:
SMS and Viberin the menu
- In the list of campaigns, find your scheduled campaign (you will see the status
Statuscolumn) and click on the
- You can now see all the details of your scheduled campaign
If you want to cancel a scheduled campaign, click the
More actions >
Cancel campaign icon in the row of the scheduled campaign on the right, or
Cancel campaign button in the top left of the scheduled campaign dashboard. This will cancel your scheduled campaign.
