How to register new text sender ID to Bulgaria

To register new text sender ID for Bulgaria, we need you to provide us with the following:

If you wish to send SMS without issues, there are 2 options:

1. Registering text sender ID

• Text sender ID which you want to register (max 11 characters)
• Company website URL
• Company name (company that will own/use the sender)
• Who will receive the SMS (e.g. customers of the company)
• Sample content (provide us with a message example you want to send to your customers, with URL links (not short URL))
• General description of the service/use case (e.g. 2-factor authentication)
• Estimated monthly volume (number of messages)

For A1 operator, there is a document that you should fill, sign/stamp (the company using the text sender ID)

Fees

• A1: activation fee - 20 EUR, monthly fee - 20 EUR
• Yettel (Telenor): activation fee - 0 EUR, monthly fee - 55 EUR
• Vivacom: activation fee - 50 EUR, monthly fee - 20 EUR

2. Whitelisting the Sender ID

(in which case it will be converted to a shared sender "1220" for A1 and Yettel (Telenor) or “17661” for Vivacom, free of charge)

• SenderID
• Company name (owner of SID)
• Website (of Company, owner of SID)
• Content examples
• Request ("Registration" or "Whitelist for rewrite to shared sender")

All unregistered and non-whitelisted Sender IDs will be blocked on national accounts.
