Payment levels

To set payment levels:

  1. Click on Payment levels in the menu on the BulkGate Portal
  2. Add a payment bonus by clicking on the Add payment bonus button
  3. Click on the pencil symbol (Edit) at the right end of the line
  4. In the dialog box then edit the individual items - Name, Payment from, Payment to, Bonus credits(%). The lower limit of a given bonus is always determined by the upper limit of the previous bonus
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click on the bin symbol (Delete) to delete.

Price settings

To set prices:

  1. Click on Price settings in the left menu of the BulkGate Portal
  2. Click on the pencil symbol (Edit) at the right end of the line of the country you want to edit
  3. In the dialog box, select the segment you want to edit (Whole country, All sender types or Individual networks)
  4. In the top right, use the Enter price as toggle switch to select whether you want to enter a fixed price or a price margin percentage
  5. Enter a value (currency or % depending on what you chose in the previous step)
  6. Use the Display selling price in price level toggle switch to view prices, or margins, in the price levels you have selected as you set them in Payment levels
  7. Click Save

Payment methods

To set up payment methods:

  1. Click on Payment Methods in the left menu of the BulkGate Portal
  2. Click on the Add payment method button on the top right of the page
  3. Fill in the Method, Name, Currency fields and select Add
  4. In Payment settings enter the minimum and maximum payment amount and the fee in percents
  5. In Method settings enter the details that are specific to the payment method
  6. Set the Status (enable or disable the payment method)
  7. Enable Payment verification and fill in the minimum payment for verification (if you enter zero all payments will be verified). This verification is used to better control the accounts in case of misuse (phishing, etc.)
  8. In the Notifications section, select the preferred channel you wish to receive notifications and add your phone number and email.
  9. Put Save.
