How to limit API?

In order to set api limits you need to go to your 'Modules & APIs' tab. Select an API you want to limit and scroll down to 'API Request Limits'.

Click configure button. Modal window opens with API request limits settings.

Maximum Api requests per minute & per second

Setting this limit restricts the number of API requests, not the number of messages sent. When the limit is reached, the API returns HTTP code "429 Too Many Requests" and messages are not accepted.

Click checkbox 'per minute' or 'per second' and set maximum number of API requests alowed and click save.
